Some big upsets are on the cards.

UPDATE: 2 of the biggest upsets of the World Cup history have occured within an hour of each other.
Ireland defeated Pakistan by 3 wickets while Bangladesh beat India by 5 wickets.

One of the biggest upsets in cricket history is on the cards with Pakistan in shambles against Ireland. Pakistan are currently 7/105 off 30 overs. The main destroyer has been Andre Botha who has the outstanding figures of 8 overs, 4 maidens 2/5 at an economy rate of just 0.62 runs an over. Fall of wickets1-7 (Mohammad Hafeez, 0.6 ov), 2-15 (Younis Khan, 3.3 ov), 3-56 (Mohammad Yousuf, 12.5 ov), 4-58 (Inzamam-ul-Haq, 13.1 ov), 5-66 (Imran Nazir, 17.6 ov), 6-72 (Shoaib Malik, 20.3 ov), 7-103 (Azhar Mahmood, 30.2 ov)

Another upset is in the works with Inida 9/183 off 48.4 overs against Bangladesh. I had predicted Bangladesh to cause an upset or 2 on a forum I'm a member of and I'm disgusted with myself not going out and throwing some money on the Bangers. Having said that it's not a done deal as Bangladesh are one the best teams at collapsing in a heap when victory seems pretty certain.

Fall of wickets1-6 (Sehwag, 2.1 ov), 2-21 (Uthappa, 6.4 ov), 3-40 (Tendulkar, 14.6 ov), 4-72 (Dravid, 24.1 ov), 5-157 (Yuvraj Singh, 42.4 ov), 6-158 (Ganguly, 43.2 ov), 7-159 (Dhoni, 43.5 ov), 8-159 (Harbhajan Singh, 44.2 ov), 9-159 (Agarkar, 45.1 ov)

UPDATE: India all out for 191 - Pakistan 8/108 off 32 overs. (Run Rate 3.38)
