Police probe 'fixed' match.

POLICE and cricket detectives plan to trawl through tapes of Pakistan's shock World Cup loss to Ireland, which they believe may hold the key to Bob Woolmer's death.

In a face-to-face interview for News Limited Newspapers, Jamaican deputy police commissioner Mark Shields said investigations were under way into whether Woolmer's murder was linked with one of cricket's biggest upsets.

Ireland won a rain-marred match on St Patrick's Day last weekend by three wickets, having bowled out Inzamam-ul-haq's team for 132 in 45.4 overs.
