Run Chases: England will have to make history and smash the old record for the highest 4th innings total to win the match. The top 10 highest 4th innings totals to win are:

Ponting & Hayden's 2nd wicket partnership of 144 was the highest for Australia V England at Perth.

England were in with a huge chance before Cook and then Hoggard got out. Australia should be able to wrap it up tomorrow, especially if England come out playing for the draw again like in Adelaide.
